Something about cardholder or credit services, cautioning at first that there is nothing wrong with my card but I think offering a lower interest rate; an option to press "1" to get this deal, no option to press any other number to get on a do not call list; I pressed "1" spoke with someone to ask to be removed but she hung up on me without responding. When I tried to ring back I get a message that "services" voicemail box is full.
