Lowering my interest rates on unspecified accounts. No company name given. Asked to press 1 to lower my interest rates. When I pressed 1, I was connected to someone "live". I asked to be added to their "do not call list", but was then hung up on.

My credit card services are about to expire. Press #1 to speak with a card services member. Pressed #1 and asked the name of the company calling me and the woman said 'thank you' and hung up on me. They called me twice before 10am today. I want to prosecute them to the extent of the law.

The recorded message said they were calling with an offer to lower my rates on an existing credit card. The recording said if you were interested to push "1". I pushed "1"-intending to find out what credit card they represented- and ask they not call me- A woman answered live- when I asked "What credit card do you represent?" She hung up on me. The number was on my caller ID.
