Offers to lower credit card interest rates to 6.9%. They warn that this is the final offer and have used other phone numbers to call from to offer these services. I have received (without exaggeration) hundreds of calls from these people in the past 6 months.

Cut interest rate on the credit card, they ask you for you Credit Card account and expiration date, to confirm your balances, might be ID tefth, but this has been going for over a year, PLEASE DO SOMETHING!! you are the goverment, I am sure you can find out who they really are.
They also call offering a free cruise, but they are the same kind of automated service.
