The recording goes something like this: “Hello. This is Rachel from cardholder services. There are no problems currently with your credit card account but it’s important that you act fast in order to reduce your interest rates.”

lower interest rates on credit card debt. I selected the option to speak to a rep and was put through. When I explained that I had no interest in the service, that I was on a national do not call list, and that I would like to speak to a supervisor, the rep said there is no way to get off their list and she hung up on me. I *86 the number and recieved a recording that the mail box was full and was disconnected. How rude!
