They said they could lower my interest rate and it is very important or I would loose this change - it was my last notice. This was the first time someone answered when I pressed one to talk to a live person - I have received these calls in the past from different numbers - and when I asked how he got my number - he hung up on me :(

Called on my cell phone, on 1/24/2012 at 4:59 pm. Asked his name. He said Ken with Card Services. I asked him how he got my number as it was on the no call list. He said it was public. It is not. I told him if I received another call from this company I will report him.

there is not a problem at this time but to lower your credit card rate plesae hold to speek to an agent.

Scam - says they will lower your interest rate and then ask for personal data. When asked for their address they refuse and hang up if pressed. Also, there is a charge for calling them back (900 number).
