They claim to be able to lower my interest rate to 6.9%. They pretend the are from my current credit card company, which they are not, by saying: "This is xyz from cardholder services. There are no problems with your account. But this is your last chance to lower your interest rates to 6.9%"

The message said that it was "urgent" to contact them to "lower your interest rates to 6.8%". It said to press 1 to talk to a representative. I pressed 1. When the representative came on the phone she asked, "do you want to lower your interest rates?" and I told her that no, I wanted them to stop calling me. She immediately hung up the line.
