They are claiming to reduce my credit card interest. They claim my credit card company referred me, yet when I ask which card, or press them for more information, they hang up. They also hang up if I ask them what the name of their company is, or what number I can call them back at.

THey claim to be 'MY' credit card service provideer with a 'last notice' offer for a very important issue. I cannot answer quesiton 14 because I cannot find out who these people are. There is no way to get in touch-when I speak with a live person and mention the Do Not Call List they just hang up!

Would lower my credit card interest rate to 6.6% if I would press 1. However in the call it never indicated the name of the business on which bank they were calling on behalf of. The message claimed this was my last and final notice and it was important that I act now. The message did not provide an option for opting out of future calling.
