Bogus. Zombie/scam debt collector. Left messages on my cell phone with vague legal threats. Never was able to get a human, a company name, address, or any info on the alleged debt.

no name just said that I owed a pay and go loan which I never heard of also calling my work number and cell number threating me with a civil suit when I told them they were a scam the guy said see you in court we will be bring papers to your office. how do they get my numbers.

Just had the same call, said they were process serving a civil case against my husband, yet, couldn't find his name, the guy was stuttering and then when he finally said that he found the case, said my husband owes money for a check and go loan from 2006! We have never had a check and go loan, and if we did...10 years ago? This is not now, nor ever has been on my husband's credit report, we have received no letters etc, so I told him we will see him in court. Please file the suit.
