I have received calls from this number 925-235-0209 asking for someone else. When I ask them why are they calling me, they say I was called as a reference and at the same time, they would not tell me who they are.

Summit receivables called several times from a 444 area code and I blocked that number. Now, they're calling from this number. I googled them and they're harassing people with muffled voices, demanding money.
