Contacted the Abuse/Complaint line at PAC-West Telecomm, Inc. (800-511-9048). They said that they would contact the company involved and tell them to add me to the "DO NOT CALL" list. If they violate this (have to give them 24 hours to comply), call local law enforcement and give them PAC's telephone number so they can file criminal complaints. If you get a call from these guys on a regular basis, please call PAC. They can't do anything unless they get reports.
