A robocall using voice recognition software. Claimed to be from the Veterans Assistance Foundation, Inc - a nonprofit based in WI, using this number out of CA. offers to send you something to send them money. The website for the Veterans Assistance Foundation says on the front page at the very top that people are using their name for scam calls.
