This caller called for someone who is no longer here. I asked him who is calling and he was being a smartass by telling me why I needed to know if the person he is trying to reach isn't here. Correct answer would be to tell me who he was and what company he is with. He told me to hang up. I told him I would like to talk to his manager. He changed his tune. He had a middle east accent and told me he didn't mean to hurt me. I told him if he was legit he would know how to address someone in a business manner. He then told me he would not call again
