Woman calls supposedly from "Microsoft IT," telling me they've been getting errors from my computer. I tell her I don't have a computer associated with this number, she comes back with "how could we have gotten this number," all the while, I hear a guy in the background saying that he's calling from Apple. I then ask her if I can speak to her supervisor. She firmly says "No" then hangs up. I gotta try asking for supervisors more often!
