There was a long voice mail message claiming that a new federal goverment program would lower my electricity rates 60% and that my rates would go up 16% if I didn't respond immediately.

"Push 1 to talk to a person, or 3 get off the list."

I pushed one and found out they claim to be the "Clean Planet Project" and I can call them back at 8550-497-9963.

I fucked with them BAD when they called. I put a porno on in the background and yelled into the phone "CAN'T YOU HEAR I'M BUSY?!"
