The person I spoke to didn't introduce herself. She asked if I wanted to lower my interest rates. I told her that I actually just wanted her to remove me from her calling list. She hung up on me. I called back to tell her (or a supervisor) off for hanging up on me... but.. surprise, the number was disconnected.

This should be obvious nowadays... but.. people, do NOT give them any of your account or credit card information. It's a scam to steal funds.

Want to lower interest. I've been giving academy winning performances to keep them on the phone for as long as possible, and then in a condescending way tell them I just want to waste their money--please call again. One employee started telling me how stupid I was, so I asked to please explain that to me slowly, slowly, slowly.
