luckily, i didn't hear the cell fone ringing...in answer to the Do Not Call "list"...i feel certain an employee there probably sells the lists to scammers-
(8 years of absolutely no 'change' in its effectiveness)

Just got a call on my cell phone but I don't recognize the number so didn't answer. It was identified as Clayton, CA and it's 7:00 am in the morning there so definitely suspicious. Blocking the number. Others have reported this as a telemarketer trying to "sell" extended car warranty.
