I just got a call from this number I have 4 serious allegations against me to call back 925.891.5886 or I will be arrested if I do not settle this I have no reason to be arrested? No traffic issues nothing?

Phishing. Vague-threat call using some street language. Recorded monotone female voice that does not identify its source or whom they are calling. Not credible but sounds alarming.

Low credibility, vague-threat call, claiming to be investigational for IRS without identifying themselves, done by a recorded voice that does not say whom they are trying to reach, either. Fishing, no doubt.
