Bad guys

This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They fail to provide a phone number or a physical address when asked, yet further violating the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim is going to make a five figure income starting in 10-15 days, and five figures every two weeks after that, with nothing to sell but just by using the scammer's automated marketing system and the phone company's voice mail servers. This is clearly a pyramid scam, as not only is there no focus on products or services, but it is stated that there are none to se11! Do not provide this scammer with any financial or personal information.
