Alleged energy bill savings, scam

I'm on Do Not Call List. They Called. They are selling Electricity Stuff.

Didn't recognize the number and didn't pick up. Checked here for info and then blocked number.

It's a telemarketer. They pretend to be a nonprofit called "The Clean Planet Project" who is doing "community outreach".

They want to find out how much money you spend on electricity, who is your provider, and your zip code. They can later use that information to sell you as a lead to a company that installs solar.

They refuse to give you their address or any details about themselves. So they are most likely an illegal operation, probably skimming from federal subsidies.
