Collection scam, spoofed number
Caller: Portfolio Recovery SCAM
Domestic terrorism under the guise of extremely old debt collection. They threaten ppl with many things regarding debts outside the statute of limitations. It's ILLEGAL & they get away with the scam because ppl don't know their rights.
