Some energy saving thing for our home. Claims to be a power company but they call everyday.

It advertised a program that if I participated I could get reduced electrical bills. The message had the options to press to enter the program or 5 to opt out of the program. I've received multiple calls and pressing 5 doesn't appear to do anything. I did not record the time and date of these previous calls.
