For about 8-10 months I have been getting robocalls through my cell phone from people offering to lower the interest rates on my credit card. I have pressed the option to speak with a live rep and after I requested for them to stop calling me they just hung up and the they continue to call. My cell phone is listed on the DNCL.

Interest rate reduction on credit card debt. This is the absolute same message and caller voice I have been receiving at my home phone for several years. Today it showed up on my cell phone. I carry no CC debt. I hung up as soon as I recognized what this was.

canned message about credit card rates and they can lower your rates for you (important to note - we do not have any outstanding credit card bills!) - there was NO option to request removal from their calls.
