I answered the phone and said "Hello". A man replied "hello" and I said again, "hello" and we repeated it 3 times. I said, "Who is this? I can't hear you" and he said " I can't hear you. I then said "What do you want?" HIS REPLY WAS "$1000.00" I said, "DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN. IF YOU DO, I AM GOING TO REPORT YOU" and hung up. It was obvious he could hear everything I said. I am 84 yrs. old and a widow and such calls frighten me,
