Scam! Filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission and Vitelity. Vitelity is the provider for the phone number. Their number is 1-888-898-4835. They said I could file a complaint at their website, but when I tried it did not work. :) Best thing to do is to act like you are concerned. Figure out what the caller wants you to do, then hang up on them and file a complaint with the FTC.
