These people have called me several times over the last year and a half. I knew it was a scam in the beginning, so I just ignored the call. One time though I acted very interested and asked for their full name, address and personal cell number. When they asked why, I told them that several of my family members work for either local law enforcement or the feds and they told me to see if I could get one of their employees to turn on the scam company, so the leaders of the scam could be found and indicted. They were not amused, but I was.

Got a call. wish i could have answered and pretended to be super upset and give the fake details. That would have made my day.

I just received a call from 929-268-0327 claiming there was a lawsuit against me. I got super emotional and started (ranting) venting about my kids medical issues and my financial issues, suddenly the lady apologized and told me "disregard" the call.. "i'm going to put a note in here you shouldnt get anymore calls, Im so sorry about your family I will keep yall in prayer, please disregard the call"... and she quickly hung up of course that left me more confused so I looked it up only too see many people with the same "call"...

Just got a call from them too, they have some of my info, but when I told them I had NO credit card etc not even a prepaid one connected to my account she got upset, she got no important info other than what she had that they looked up:address,last of s.s. other than that NO ACCOUNT info and once I heard it sound like a tunnel or she was talking into a tin can I hung up!!!

A woman just called my cell phone asking if someone above the age of 18 would be available to sign for some legal documents, they tried to use my name but had it all botched, when they couldn't get it right they asked if I knew anyone by that name. I said, "no" and she said have a nice day and hung up. They didn't even identify themselves, I went online and found this. It looks like they are changing up their stories so be on the look out.

As above people have stated this is a scam company so don't give any information

I got a call from them yesterday, looking for my mother in-law. what should i do?

I too received a phone call from a woman claiming to be from "accurate location services" or something....she said that I had two hours to call a phone number to prevent a civil suit from being filed against me. I called the number she gave me....855-999-8042, gave them the case number. They answered the phone "highland financial" or something similar. The woman asked for my name, and I said if you have a civil suit there waiting to file on me shouldn't you know my name based on the case number? She got nasty with me and said "well I DO, but I'm going to go ahead and disconnect this call because I'm too busy for this game and have other callers". Scam!!!!!

They called my home at 2:32pm on June 1, 2016, pretending to be some Law firm, threatening me with further? court action, because I would not give them my name or any other information. When I called them back the message said they were a Magic Jack customer. So I reported them to the Justice Department.

Called the number they provided and they wanted me to verify my info. Before I give any of my personal info i asked what this is in regards to she stated you received a notice 45 days ago right. i said I don't know if I received a notice because i have no idea what your talking about. She wouldn't give me any info so i did the same. She ended the call by saying make yourself available for the process servicers and hung up. I have no clue what this is about. I think this maybe a scam. But have clear idea.

yes, and I did the same as the anonymous person above. I too hung up and came here to google their number to find out about this boggus compancy calling themselves Highland Parks Financial Services. A civil lawsuit against me!! Please ' SCAM SCAM SCAM" SHAMe on these people.

Just received a call from 929-268-0327 and ask for me by name. Said there was a civil lawsuit against me. Gave me a file number and a told me to call 855-999-8042, and that I had to it within 3 hours! I called them and gave my file number and the lady told me that I had a civil lawsuit against me. i waited to be transferred and someone told me to hold and then i hung up and google #.
