I received a TEXT concerning a fraud alert on my SunTrust account. I was prompted to enter my ss number and bank card number. I immediately discontinued the call and contacted Suntrust Bank, It is a fake number!!! Please be careful. Boy I tell you, these spammers are getting smarter...

I got a text from 82911897@info.gov. It said the following (word for word and with this capitalization):

[WellsFargo.Com[ ALERT. Your Urgent Attention Is Needed. Please Call: (929) 297-7370

My wife and I just received the same text on our phones. Pretty sure it is a scam. We reported it to Wells Fargo.

I received a text from this number saying they were WellsFargo. My cell phone said the text is from 82900897@info.gov. They texted on Aug. 17 @ 2:30 pm.

I received a text from this number saying they were WellsFargo. My cell phone said the text is from 82900897@info.gov. They texted on Aug. 17 @ 1:58 pm.

I got a text from this number 82922897@info.gov and it said "Alert: Your Urgent Attention is Needed. and said to Please Call: 929-297-7370 so I erased it now. I believe it's a scam of some kind. Whatever you do don't call or text back, you just never know these days.
