Calling male friend's phone about every ten minutes. Left message that IRS has filed a lawsuit and if no response, the local police will make an arrest. Called (I am a female with no connection to his phone number)and gave them a fake name. Told me to hold on while they get my file. Came back on and said they had my file. He asked me if I was aware of the trouble I am in with IRS and needed to verify my address, birth date and social security number. I told them I would just turn myself in. They hung up on me.
