Amazing - April 20 2017 and Steve Watson with an Indian accent from Ultra Soft? Altra Soft? just called us. Exact same scam. How has he not been shut down?

Yes. Man sounded Indian and gave the name "Steve Watson." Sounded like he said he was calling from Ultra-Soft Solutions. Said my computer had been hacked...yep, probably by him ;).

Called at 7:45 AM stating that my computer had a Trojan Virus. I asked them how they knew it was a Trojan Virus and they said that they had a solution to fix the issue. I asked them who hired them to contact me and they told me that the government did. Do not trust this company. Seriously! I repeatedly asked them for a phone number until the first caller finally gave it to me and hung up. I told them I had virus protection software already.
