They said that their company name is "Card Services" and that they can lower my credit card rates for multiple cards, including Bank of America and Capital One. They said that they sent out the bills for these banks.

Illegal robo calling credit card scam. I had them on the phone for 10 minutes giving them bogus information. They keep calling me so I guess i have the right to some fun. I give them the FBI hotline number when they ask for the credit card 800 number. Love hearing their response. 1-800-225-5324 is the FBI hotline number I tell them...and they call it. lol
