calls every 10 to 15 mins. and when I call back can't get through. never leaves a message. want them to just stop calling

Keep getting calls from 936-162-1654. No one lives here or needs or uses any services that they call about. I am on the do not call list. I have no bills or owe anyone anything. Leave me alone with these anoying repetative calls. DO NOT CALL ME ANYMORE PLEASE> 911 is who I will call about you, if you do not stop calling me.
