Robo call about credit card interest

Keep calling no response.

No response when answered, just silence.
Would be nice to be able to tell them not to call back and be able to prove it. When you select to talk to someone and tell them to stop calling you, they hang up. Rude! How are you supposed to sue them if you can't prove you've told them to stop and can't get contact info to provide in suit? Where are the regulatory agencies?
Another fraudulent entity out to scam.
