They left me a voicemail stating the same thing. The other day they called and when I called back to inquire about why they were calling me, why they had my information, and who they were the guy proceeded to curse at me and call me everything but a child of God. I was heated! This is definitely a scam and they are wicked people. I blocked the previous numbers they called from (yes, they have multiple) and now they are calling me leaving messages from this one! Ridiculous!

As an addendum to my previous, the only BNC and Associates that I can find here locally has a non-functional website and claims to be an accounting firm. It sounds like they've gone belly up and are now scraping the barrel to drum up business. This is a scam.

I just got the same call a few minutes ago. I let the call go to voice mail and there was only some general threat about this being the last time they'll call me and they will have to move forward with my case...and good luck. Well, they have never called this number in the past nor have I ever received any snail mail from them. So in my mind, just an obvious scam like the other one from the black woman.

I got the same call, and the same recording that they will move forward with my case. They had a lot of my info, though not all of it was correct. Told me I owed money for a pay-day loan that I supposedly took out like 2 years ago, and that since I failed to respond (they had the wrong mailing address - it was correct, just old) they were taking me to court for criminal charges. The guy offered to "talk" with them and see if they will settle for a lesser amount. After picking my heart up off the ground, I told him to take me to court and send me whatever docs he needs to. I wasn't paying anything on the phone right then until I had a chance to investigate it for legitimacy. So, maybe I'll end up in court. But I think it was a scam. The company he claimed that had the case against me was C&C Associates. Googled for them, found a leasing company and a roofing business, neither of which have anything to do with pay day loans.

With the addition of the previous comment saying almost the same message as what I got, I really think this is a scam.
