I also have gotten this call. It states that this is a direct call back number. If it truly was the IRS they wouldn't state that this is a direct call back number.

I have received 3 calls from a recording stating that a warrant has been issued for my arrest by the IRS, I and my property are under surveillance and could have all my assets seized. I tried to call the number back, and it is just a busy signal, no one answers the number instructed to call. I find this awfully suspicious.
