Jane is receiving calls from someone that does not speak English. When she answers the phone, someone is rambling in Spanish. She called the number back and there is a message in Spanish. She “Googled” the phone number and saw several complaints. Some of the complaints stated that it is for a Spanish speaking telephone company.
