I get calls from this number relentlessly on my cell phone. I tried to call back once but I get a message that the number I dialed has been changed, disconnected or is no longer in service.

answered this time around, asked for me by first name, said they were VMS alarms, told them have alarm and to remove me from lists (i'm also on the DNC list).

Always Answer These Types Of Calls - They Have To Pay For Completed Call. Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

They call my landline. When I answer there is no one there. Called back and it says call cannot be completed as dialed. Suspect it is a dial robot checking for live numbers. Blocked it on my phone.
