has been calling even though I am on the no call list and have asked not to be called.. leaves no message just calls and calls and calls

Stupid woman called twice yesterday once today rejected both yesterday. You could here call center noise in background. She at first didn't answer yes i sounded agrivated and she then tells me to stop calling her. I told her she called me she then said yes she did. Heated exchange
