The number 940-723-7027 shows on some of these type sites as high risk Spam. It is absolutely not spam. The City of Wichita Falls Texas uses that number for out going calls. I believe they generally if not always leave a message which includes a call back number to whichever office you need to call back.(could be building code inspection, animal control, or some other department) I lived in that city for many years and still do business with them today. It is a legitimate number used for outbound calls. I received a detailed message today from that number (940-723-7027) I called the office number given to me at the end of the voicemail message. It was a legitimate call.

I got a call today from this number. It was from the Wichita Police Department giving me the heads up that my ticket (I forgot about), was now a warrant and to go pay it or set up a plan to pay so that I don't get arrested. The man I spoke with was very kind, he sounded like he genuinely was giving me a heads up. (I went and paid it). Haha

Outbound only for the City of Wichita Falls. I had to listen to the whole message to get to the number I needed to call.

Same as everyone else...I called back and received a message about a "non-working number". I received a call from a blocked number shortly before this. Not sure if related, So irritating.

I called back and only got one ring and then a nonworking number message. They've called me a few times in the past two days.

same as the lady before. they ring the phone 3 times and hang up. when you call back it is a message for a non working number. Cost me mins everytime I answer the phone.

none only rang 3 times and when I called it back I got the tone and message for a non-working number. They also called my husband's cell number as well, right before they called mine!
