Calls and hangs up, or calls and presents a recorded message with a strong southern accent, I guess wanting to sound "folksy." Has happened several times with several numbers but unlike some spam callers, does allow callbacks. Guess these people don't realize how insulting it is to be called by a recording when they're the ones who want something. I don't contribute to anyone who doesn't find me (or my $) important enough for a real person. (I wouldn't have contributed anyway, but it's still insulting to be called by a recording.)
