Scam, scam, scam alert
Double ring which means he was pushing through my call block which zapped him anyway. Just low life scum bags crawling out from under rocks to scratch at your door. Filth of the earth for sure. All these jerks know we don't want these calls and they do it anyway which means they are all scum bags.

We exchanged hellos back and forth 3 times, hung up. Veteran is ID doubt he is or helping vets.
