States their is nothing wrong with my credit card. Called to let me know that time is running out for me to reduce my intrest rate to 6.0% Press 9 to speak to a live agent. I did, they will not tell you who they are with, it took me asking 10 times for the live person to give me his name "Joh Bergberg" if you believe that....refused to let me speak to his manager "You don't want to talk to me?' and he continued to say that until I told him "NO. I think you are a pervert" and he hung up. I do not use my cell phone number for any business...My phone is ONLY for my personal use with my adult children.
