Wouldn't speak until my 3rd time saying "hello". Male (middle east accent) asked to speak to Andrew and voice faded. I let them know I could barely hear them. Again I said "hello". He just said "Andrew". Can I speak to Andrew". When I said he was out of the office & if I could take a message, the caller hung up.
