Reduce credit cards interest rates: required $4,000 minimum outstanding balance. I do not have and have never had an outstanding balance. Cards are paid in full every month.

"Cardholder Services" offer to lower my credit card interest rate. Since they called my cellphone, it cost me .25 cents that I will never recouperate. I pressed "1" to speak with Renee to ask to be taken off of their list and also what their business name and mailing address is and was abrubtly hung up on. PLEASE PROSECUTE THEM TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE LAW!

reduced interest rates on credit cards - when I clicked '1' to be connected to a representative, I asked to be removed from their calling list and the sales rep hung up on me.

These people identify themselves as Credit Care Company trying to trick you into giving them your credit card information for the purpose of selling your credit card information to illicit clients to make charges against your card and ruin your credit.

When these people call, file an on-line complaint with the FTC at:

https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

If enough people file a complaint they will be investigated, face stiff fines, face wire fraud charges, and shut down. That's the only way to combat these illegal operations.

I keep getting a phone call every two weeks from whoever this is calling. My phone number is on the do not call list but this does not seem to matter to who ever is calling. The number changes but the jerks calling remain the same. I believe they are spammers looking for credit card information because as soon as you ask them who they are they hang up. Their phone number gives a busy signal when you try to call it. Common thieves phishing by phone. Really wish it would stop.
