Got it today. These people are bad news. Congress: instead of bickering endlessly with each other, how about doing something about these types of spams? I don't have a txt msg plan (I don't use txt msgs) so each darn message costs me money! And I don't have a choice of a plan _without_ the capability of txt messages!
