Second time, someone with American accent stated the same but used my actual name, but no last name, to address the issue.
SCAM! to summon anyone to any legal issue an official letter from the federal agency is served to the specific person and you must sign it in front of the deliverer. Don't bother calling them, unless you want to play them a joke yourself, but be very careful to block your number and not to give them any real information, have fun.

They say to call the Federal agency back about criminal charges. Scam. No automated service is going to call you for a supposed federal crime or any crime.
