He called me by my first name stating he had referral work for me. Have no idea what type of referral work. He called a Cleveland number and he is in CA. I have a CA cell phone but he called my friends business and left a message for me. I do not even know the number of the business that he called and I have never given it out and I am not associated with it. Very strange. Very spam.
