The message solicitated lowering my credit card rates by pressing 1 to speak to a rep. When this happened the 1st time, I pressed 1 and when the rep answered, I said that this is a cell number on the no call list and before I could finish that sentence, they hung up. They have called several times since then, including the time/date for this complaint, with the same message and now when I press 1, the call disconnects before someone answers. When I try to call the number back, it states that this number is not accepting calls at this time and hangs up.

This is the same recorded message that I have gotten before (see previous complaints for same cell number). Recording states "This is a message from cardholder services." It requests listener stay on line to speak to a representative. I have been staying on line and directing rep to add my number to their internal do-not-call list. I also tell rep my number is already on national and Texas do-not-call lists. Reps always hang up on me. This time I did not speak to a rep. I hung up while recording was playing. Each call is coming from a different number according to my cell phone's caller ID. Some were from Oregon area codes. This call appeared to come from a southern California area code (949).
