This number has been calling me for 2 months. I finally answered and they claimed to be "Southwest Agency," a collections agency calling on behalf of Time Warner Cable. She said I had an unpaid $3 balance. TWC had literally just mailed me a check for $13 so I asked her why I could possibly be in collections. I later called TWC and they said there was no unpaid balance at all. TWC also said they didn't have a company called Southwest Agency that they work with for collections.
