its a scam it happen to me to i called the police.....................

Yes these A**holes are a scam!!! they are harrasing my job and myself over a loan I never took out and that was never deposited in my account. Im taking legal action immediately.

He called and said that I got a loan from Cash Advance and that the money was deposited in my bank account, I never got a loan and they knew my bank acct. # and said it was deposited in the month of December. The problem is that I didn't open the account until the middle of January. When he was told that the moneywasn't in the account he accused me of hiding from him and when he spoke to my wife he accused her of having bad credit because she wasn't on the bank acct, He has called my home for the last 5 days and I went to the bank and they called him and they refused to talk to them even after they told him the money was never deposited in my account at this point they suggested I contact the police because it was a definite scam.

He calls and keep harassing me about I owe someone and if I give them a couple thousand dollars then it will be gone.
