This number is either a scam or scummy telemarketer that has called 2 times or more per day since 8/14/2018. My voicemail clearly states:
“This number is registered with the Federal Trade Commission’s Do Not Call List and you are legally obligated to take it off your list, plus liable for a fine up to $41,484 dollars if this is a telemarketing call. Otherwise, please state your name your company, and the reason for your call, or your phone number WILL be reported to the FTC and numerous call blocking apps nationwide.”
