Automated dialer that introduced itself as member services talking about lowering interest rate. Sounded official, so I pressed 1. Takes you to a person, but they were not from my bank or card services, so it is definitely robo dialing and probably a scam.

There was a recording first, telling me that they could lower the rate of my credit card. I pressed 1 to speak with someone. I asked which credit card they were calling about. They said Bank of America. I said I don't think you are with Bank of America and do you have a call back number? They hung up.
